What are your current main tasks?
I am currently the team leader for one of the accounting Retail teams in Azets Insight Romania. There are 7 consultants in my team and together we work on the daily tasks, like reconciliations, remittances or reports, in order to meet the deadlines and deliver a good quality to our projects.
What is the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is that I have the privilege to work with many enthusiastic and involved people, not only from my team but also from other departments in Romania and Norway.
How has your career evolved in Azets?
I started as a consultant almost 4 years ago in another accounting team. After 2 years of getting to know the company and the tasks, I decided I was ready for a new challenge and applied for a team leader position. I am grateful to be given the chance to coordinate a great team in AIR. I am always ready for new challenges that could help me grow professionally.
What value do you identify yourself with the most and why?
Responsible, because I always do my best to deliver the work within the required time frames. I focus on the quality, not rushing the result, but concentrating on the whole process.
What're your thoughts on Azets' future?
I am confident Azets will soon become one of the greatest players on the market and will continue to offer an amazing working environment for all of us. I am looking forward to meeting and working with new interesting people that will join our big family.
