Ciara is an experienced tax professional with a demonstrated history of providing tax consultancy and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of international and domestic clients.
Ciara is principally engaged in the provision of tax compliance and advisory services to corporate groups, international organisations and market leaders across a range of tax heads including; Corporation Tax, RCT, Stamp Duty, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing and employment taxes. She specialises in providing commercially-minded tax structuring solutions whilst ensuring clients are fully tax compliant. This extensive experience includes leading tax due diligence, deal advisory and M&A engagements.
Ciara is a member of the Irish Tax Institute (CTA) and holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Commerce from the University of Galway.
