Craig is a partner in the Corporate Finance department and heads the Transaction Services team. Previously Craig worked with various firms across Ireland and London, and has over two decades of dedicated transaction experience.
During his career Craig has led buy-side and sell-side transactions for SMEs, large corporate businesses and private equity firms in Ireland / UK and internationally.
Drawing on his significant transaction experience, combined with his commercial approach, focus on results and the needs of his client's, Craig has a proven track record of supporting clients on successfully completing transactions across a broad range of industries including manufacturing & construction, renewables, hospitality, food & beverage, retail & distribution and aircraft leasing.
Craig is a fellow of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds their diploma in Corporate Finance.
