Keith is a Partner in our Audit & Assurance department.
He provides audit and accounting services to a broad range of clients, particularly to large corporates and the SME sector. Keith has substantial experience in a number of sectors including food manufacturing, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services and the charity sector. He oversees the provision of auditing services to clients under Irish GAAP and IFRS, for domestic companies, Irish subsidiaries of multinational groups and Irish holding companies with foreign subsidiaries abroad. He also has experience in providing financial advisory services to international based clients. His portfolio also includes a number of large corporates, both international and Irish, which he manages in conjunction with other member firms across the network.
Other Relevant Roles
Keith is the Head of Risk & Compliance for Azets Ireland. He is also a member of the Azets Group Compliance Group and the Groups Ethics Committee. Keith sits on the Quality Review Appeals Committee with Chartered Accountants Ireland and is a member of the IAASA Technical Advisory Panel.
Qualifications
A native of North County Dublin, Keith holds an Accounting and Finance degree from the Dublin City University. He is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) and holds CAI Diploma in IFRS and Data Analytics.
