Roland Fallon is the Director of Performance & Operations at Azets Ireland, where his focus is on overseeing and optimising the performance of the Azets Ireland business to become a leading professional services firm delivering Audit, Tax, Advisory and Outsourcing services to SME’s, Corporates and private clients. He works closely with our CEO, leadership team and finance/operations in other Azets locations, applying these metrics and KPIs to target improvements and support Azets’ growth.
With over 25 years of experience in various financial and operational roles, Roland has worked across consulting, financial services and multinational corporations in both Ireland and abroad. He has a track record of consistently improving all aspects of business performance.
Roland holds an MBA from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School at University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
