Will Townsend

Will is a partner in the Audit & Assurance team, with over two decades of experience delivering high-quality audit and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients.

His portfolio spans a broad range of industries and includes both domestic and international businesses, from small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), family owned business to large corporate groups and regulated entities.

In addition to his client facing responsibilities, Will plays a leading role in the professional development of the team and provides executive coaching both internally and externally. He supports clients and colleagues in leadership development, strategic decision-making, and professional growth through one-to-one coaching engagements. This experience complements his technical role, enabling him to offer holistic support to business leaders.

Will holds a BBS (Accounting) from TU Dublin, Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Kingstown College and is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI).
