Wellbeing

One of our goals is to equip our employees with the tools they need for long-term well-being. We do this through a comprehensive wellbeing program with activities tailored to different aspects of health. Our initiatives have included guest lectures from experts on stress, sleep, and nutrition, as well as hands-on activities for employees to engage in. Examples include physical challenges that encourage teamwork and movement, office yoga, and CPR training.

Save lives during working hours

Azets participates in the initiative "Rädda liv under arbetstid" (Save lives during working hours). This means that as an employee at Azets, you have the opportunity to donate blood during working hours. Donating blood is one of the most direct and meaningful ways to save lives. In Sweden today, only around 2.8% of the population donates blood. At Azets, we want to help increase that number!

Blodomloppet

A key part of our wellbeing work is contributing to a better society. One example of this is our annual participation in Blodomloppet, a nationwide initiative that raises awareness about the need for blood donors in Sweden. Azets and our employees take part in races around the country with strong engagement and enthusiasm.
