Ovzon is a satellite communications company offering mobile broadband solutions via satellite. We spoke with Viktor Bremer, Interim CFO at Ovzon, about their collaboration with Azets.

 

We’ve been a client of Azets for 11 years, and the collaboration was already in place when I joined in 2021. We’ve been satisfied, and the cooperation has run smoothly ever since. In Sweden, we have around 25 employees, and for us, it isn’t cost-effective to have our own payroll department – it makes more sense to outsource payroll services to someone with the right expertise. Azets has an entire organisation of experts supporting the collaboration, so if our main contact is unavailable, someone else can always step in to ensure payroll processing continues as planned.

Azets handles all of our payroll administration, including managing the time reporting system. We also use Azets’ travel expense system, Azets Expense, which is integrated with the rest of our payroll process. I also ask Azets various HR-related questions and get support when those matters come up.

I think the services we use are working very well. We always get clear and helpful responses to our questions, and it’s easy to collaborate with our main contact. We’ve never received a flat-out “no” to a question – Azets always tries to find solutions in both payroll and HR areas. The collaboration is truly seamless, and everything flows in a very satisfactory way.
