When Cirio needed a payroll consultant with experience and knowledge of wage guarantees, they turned to Azets. Here, Karolina Kranberg, Head of HR at Cirio, shares more about the collaboration.
What services have you used from Azets?
We have a department that works with restructurings and bankruptcies, where we manage wage guarantees for the affected companies. In that work, we needed a payroll consultant with experience specifically in wage guarantees, which is quite a specialized field. That is the role for which we have received support from Azets.
How did you decide to engage Azets?
Before our collaboration with Azets, we handled almost all recruitment ourselves. We have one person internally who works exclusively with recruitment, and that usually works well. But in this case, it was a very specific role. It is difficult to find someone who both has the knowledge and experience in wage guarantees, which is why we chose to bring in external support this time.
What have been the advantages of the collaboration?
First and foremost, I would like to highlight the strong understanding of our needs. Azets was attentive and quick, and we were presented with candidates in a short time. It also immediately felt like they were the right types of individuals.
The dialogue has been very simple and smooth. Azets has had a good ability to understand our business and what we needed for this specific role. When we first reached out, the situation was also quite urgent—we ideally needed someone in place yesterday. Despite that, the process went smoothly and we quickly had the right competence in place.
What has provided the most value to your company in this collaboration?
What has provided the most value is Azets’ understanding of our business and what we were actually looking for. Since it was quite a specialized role, we were somewhat concerned whether it would even be possible to find someone suitable. But Azets succeeded very well there, and it has been very beneficial for us.
Has anything in particular happened during the collaboration that you would like to highlight?
During the collaboration with Azets, we have not known how long we would need to have a person in place, and the flexibility has worked very well in that regard. We have been able to extend the assignment on short notice each time, and it has worked smoothly.
We have now also chosen to hire the person directly, and that process was incredibly seamless, simple, fast, and excellent in every way. It was truly great that it could be resolved that way.

Absolutely. We have very positive experiences and are highly satisfied. We can definitely recommend others to collaborate with Azets, and we would also consider engaging them again if needed.
