With over 10 years’ experience working within the ‘big four’ Carol is our UK Head of Audit and Regulatory Compliance. She has over 30 years’ professional audit and accountancy experience. Carol is an audit specialist with global and UK external and internal audit experience, having worked with significant global organisations in the UK and overseas.
With solid practical experience in corporate reporting under International and UK accounting standards, Carol has advised across a spectrum of businesses between listed PLCs, Group entities and locally owned corporates, family businesses across a wide range of industries and services , including charities and the third sector. Her experience also includes provision of internal audit (she is a Chartered Internal Auditor) and consultancy services in both the private and public sectors and provides outsourced FD services, Board strategic , risk management and governance advice to substantial SME businesses.
