Catriona joined Azets in December 2025 as the employment tax lead for Scotland.
With over 25 years experience in Big 4 specialist employment tax teams working with start ups, private equity backed businesses, large corporates and public sector clients, Catriona is well placed to provide employers with practical and commercially focussed advice.
Catriona works with employers to navigate new rules whilst minimising risk and maintaining compliance across all aspects of employment tax. Her areas of specialism include expenses and benefits, off payroll working and contingent labour (including IR35), assisting with HMRC enquiries, pay governance and the Construction Industry Scheme.
