From a career spanning the ‘Big 4’ and United Utilities plc, David has enjoyed a rich tapestry of experience which he enjoys bringing to the benefit of his clients, whether they are privately-owned, private equity-backed or listed.
He enjoys acting as a sounding board to owner-mangers and Boards, embracing strategic planning, change programmes and systems & procedural improvements.
As well as being an Audit & Assurance Partner, he also specialises in Corporate Finance transaction support providing focussed commercially-orientated due diligence reports to banks, venture capitalists and clients.
He is also licensed to undertake ATOL reporting work under the ATOL Reporting Accountants’ Scheme, a new regime for all AOL licence holders that was introduced in 2016 by the Civil Aviation Authority.
