Gordon is a Chartered Accountant and Corporate Finance partner, who helps clients in buy/sell side transactions, acquisition research, MBO's, due diligence, succession planning, company valuations and other ad hoc advisory elements.
Gordon advises on a wide range of transactions from family succession to large corporate transactions (over £100m Enterprise Value). He also has an extensive network with Private Equity and Funders around the UK.
Gordon has experience working across several industries including renewables, circular economy, retail, manufacture, engineering, oil & gas, technology, packing & distribution, healthcare, hospitality and food & drink.
