Lorna joined Azets in 2021 having previously trained and qualified as a chartered accountant at a Big 4 firm.
In her twenty-year tax career, she has gained extensive experience of a wide range of corporation tax issues for both owner-managed companies and larger corporate groups. She enjoys building relationships with her clients to help them achieve their aims and seeing the effects of her advice in action. She provides a wide range of compliance focused services as well as one-off advisory projects.
Lorna has a particular focus on employee share ownership and frequently advises business owners on the tax considerations relevant to changes in company share capital. She also advises on company reorganisations, as well as company sale/ purchase scenarios.
Outside of work, Lorna enjoys new food experiences including expanding her own culinary repertoire. She also enjoys playing netball and spending time with family and friends.
