Matt is a Restructuring Partner in our London office. Matt is a chartered certified accountant and licensed insolvency practitioner with over 20 years experience of finding solutions for businesses facing financial distress.
Matt started his in 1998, where he worked with SMEs for 10 years before moving to the Big 4 accountancy firms to work with large corporates and public sector entities.
During his career Matt has spent almost 3 years working in the restructuring team of a major clearing bank dealing with large corporate and real estate customers. He also previously spent 18 months working for an overseas bank and asset based lender dealing with distressed UK based SME customers.
Matt has worked with businesses across the spectrum of sectors but most recently he has assisted construction, manufacturing and healthcare clients. He has also recently acted as the nominee and supervisor of Company Voluntary Arrangements for high street chains in the casual dining and retail sectors.
