Azets, the international accountancy and business advisory group, has continued the expansion of is Swedish business through the acquisition of Atrakta, operating in Östersund and Stockholm. The acquisition strengthens Azets’ local presence in Sweden and establishes is presence in Norrland.
The deal follows Azets’ recent acquisition of KPMG Sweden’s operations targeting small businesses, municipalities, and regions. Atrakta has expertise in auditing, accounting, and advisory services aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.

Atrakta will become part of Azets’ Audit & Advisory business in Sweden, led by CEO Jenny Barksjö Forslund. The acquisition is expected to be completed on December 1, 2025.
