The Azets Academy
Azets Ireland are excited to announce the launch of our new Azets Academy. As a graduate, the Academy will offer you a state of the art, 3 ½ year training programme to learn, grow and develop. Our graduates have first-hand access to our partners and senior management, backing your ambition on your journey to becoming a fully qualified accountant. The Academy will also offer international travel, granting you access to develop and network around our different offices across Europe.
Incoming graduates in Azets Ireland work collaboratively in a three and half year programme in our business. Backed by supportive and experienced colleagues, graduates work with our clients from the very beginning, giving them the opportunity to build strong relationships.

The role
As part of your role as an Associate Graduate Trainee, you will be working with as part of a knowledgeable and experienced team to learn everything possible in the world of accounting. You will be supported in your development and will be encouraged to expand your experience as much as possible.
Key Requirements
To get the job that you’ll love you will:
- Have the right to work in Ireland from your start date
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or related discipline
- Be on track to achieve or have already achieved a minimum 2:1 in your undergraduate degree
