Azets Ireland advises on the Sale of JB Barry & Partners Holdings Limited to Egis Group

Azets Ireland Corporate Finance and Tax teams are proud to have acted for the shareholders of JB Barry & Partners, a long standing Irish civil engineering firm, on the sale of their shares to Egis Group (subject to CCPC Clearance). JB Barry & Partners was founded in Ireland over 60 years ago and has established itself as a leading civil engineering company across water, transportation and energy infrastructure projects. The group has offices around the country, including Limerick, Cork and Dublin with all 180 of JB Barry’s staff to remain in place after the deal.
Members of Azets Ireland Corporate Finance team, led by Greg Hogan, and Tax team, led by Kate Prendiville, advised the vendors on the transaction.
