He has worked extensively across audit, risk assurance, governance & regulatory, business transformation, data & technology solutions and strategic advisory client engagements. He has led capital raisings and IPO listings in New Zealand, Australia, London and US.
His industry sector experience includes technology, telecoms, retail & online, pharmaceuticals, entertainment & media, manufacturing, energy & mining, construction, and food & beverage.
His assurance leadership experience includes market development, people & culture, audit methodology and technology.
Outside of work Mark enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and tennis.
