Statement on Conflict in Ukraine

Our hearts continue to go out to all those who are suffering through the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. Our people remain our number one priority and we continue to have regular dialogue with all our Country Heads. Many of our Romanian colleagues are volunteering and providing assistance to Ukrainian refugees who are seeking shelter in Romania, and in turn we are supporting them via our charity foundation Azets4Kids.

Azets is supporting by donating to four main charities involved relief operations including The International Medical Corps (UK)The German Red Cross, US Association for UNHCR (UN Refugee Agency) and the UK Committee for Unicef who we know are working on emergency operations directly supporting the Ukrainian crisis as the war continues.

We have operations that border Ukraine and Russia and we are proud to have people of all nationalities, including Russian colleagues, working across our business.

The safety of all our people remains our top priority and we continue to monitor the situation as it develops.

We do not work within Russia or with Russian Government entities and are complying with all sanctions regimes.
