Boosting the Nordic payroll team with 40 advisors

 

We can with certainty say that 2020 has been a year with customer care in focus. We in Nordic payroll are happy to announce that we are strengthening our team with more dedicated customer care advisors to ensure an even closer collaboration with our highly valued customers. 

Our customers mean the world to us, and we are determined to continue to be the number one preferred payroll outsourcing partner in the Nordics. Therefore, your opinion is very important, and we are always eager to learn how we can give the best customer experience. We see clearly that our availability and frequent customer interaction are highly valued qualities -  and we also believe that a close collaboration will bring the best results. We have listened to your feedback and based on this, we are now enriching our Nordic payroll team with more dedicated customer care advisors.

The customer care advisor will be the main point of contact for all payroll matters. If you need to discuss changes in the scope of service, or if you need help with a specific cross-country question or task, this person will be the one to approach. 

Already since May this year 13 people have been added to our customer care team, and our goal is to have 40-50 certified customer care advisors within the summer 2021. The advisors are experienced Azets consultants with local knowledge in each Nordic country. In accordance with the constantly changing payroll and accounting industry, such as increased use of robotics and automation, we adapt to the change of needs. And since our customers represent the most important piece in our puzzle, our priorities are clear.

This means more support, a closer collaboration with our customers and quicker response when help is needed. The customer care advisor will make sure to bring all relevant topics on the table for discussion and be the first point of contact to the knowledge network in Azets. This person will follow up our delivery and make sure the standard is nothing else than top quality.
