Right to Withdraw Your Consent

When Azets Acts as a Controller you have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communication from Azets and can do so by:

(a) Following the instructions for opt-out in the relevant marketing communication
(b) Changing your opt-in/opt-out preferences under the relevant edit account section if you have an account with Azets, or
(c) Contacting us via e-mail

Please note that even if you opt-out from receiving marketing communication, you may still receive administrative communication from Azets, such as order confirmations and notifications about your account activities (e.g. account confirmations and password changes).

Right to Access, Rectify, Erase Your Personal Data etc.

Whenever you use our services, we aim to provide you with access to your personal information. If that information is wrong, we strive to give you ways to update it quickly.

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data. You may send us a request for this.

You also have the right to request that Azets correct any inaccuracies in your personal data. If you have an account with Azets for an Azets site, this can usually be done through the appropriate "your account" or "your profile" section(s) on the Azets site (if available) or inside your Azets portal. To manage subscription settings for Azets Newsletters, please click the “Manage my subscription” link at the bottom of the emails you receive. If you are an end user of our Customer (e.g. Customer’s employee or another person where the Customer is Data Controller), we act as the Processor. In such cases, you should refer your requests to the Controller. Controller then may contact us for the proper assistance and insofar as this is possible, for the fulfillment of the controller's obligation to respond to Your requests for exercising Your rights.
