David is a Chartered Accountant with a background in law and over 25 years’ experience advising legal practices across Ireland. Before founding Outsource in 2000 - a specialist financial and management consultancy for Irish legal firms, and now part of Azets Ireland - he served for a decade as Finance Director for a leading Irish law firm.
As Ireland’s premier advisor on law firm succession planning, mergers, and practice acquisitions, David specialises in helping firm leadership navigate profitability, cash flow management, and strategic growth. He is also the lead architect of the Law Society of Ireland’s sponsored Practice Advisory Service, delivered exclusively by Azets.
