The foundational origins of our practice stretch back over 100 years to 1923, but our modern transformation began when global advisory powerhouse Azets officially entered the Irish market in 2023 through the landmark acquisition of Baker Tilly Ireland.

- 2023 | O’Connor Sheedy (OCS): Specialist financial services firm OCS was acquired, establishing the dedicated Azets Ireland Financial Services and regulatory compliance practice.
- 2024 | PKF O’Connor, Leddy & Holmes: Azets expands its Dublin footprint with the acquisition of the fast-growing multi-disciplinary firm based in Harold’s Cross, with both teams uniting in our Azets Ireland Dublin HQ on Mespil Road.
- 2025 | Cooney Carey: Deepening our corporate finance, transactional advisory, and private client tax capabilities with a premier Dublin practice, establishing our Dublin Sandyford office location.
- 2026 | Muldoon: Entering the Northern Ireland market through leading Belfast-based practice Muldoon, Azets now delivers seamless all-island and cross-border advisory services to clients across Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the United Kingdom.
- 2026 | Outsource: Establishing Azets as the undisputed provider of choice for legal practices across Ireland through the acquisition of the country’s premier specialist consultancy for law firm financial and practice management.
