Azets strengthens legal sector proposition with Outsource acquisition

Azets has strengthened its legal sector proposition following the acquisition of Dublin-based consultancy business Outsource.

Founded in 2000, Outsource provides financial and management consultancy services to legal firms across Ireland. Led by David Rowe and Donal Maher, the business has built a strong reputation through its specialist sector knowledge, trusted client relationships and practical approach to supporting law firms.

The acquisition enhances Azets' ability to support legal sector clients through a broader range of services and specialist expertise, while creating new opportunities for clients to access the wider capabilities of the Azets business.

David Rowe and Donal Maher, together with the wider Outsource team, will join Azets following completion of the transaction and will be based from Azets' Dublin office.

David Rowe, Managing Director at Outsource, said:

"Throughout this process, it was important for us to find a partner that shared our values, our client-first approach and our ambition for the future.

Joining Azets allows us to continue delivering the specialist support our clients value today, while giving them access to a broader range of expertise and services. We are excited about the opportunities this creates for our clients, our people and the future development of the business."

Neil Hughes, Ireland CEO at Azets, said:

"Outsource has built an excellent reputation within the legal sector and developed strong, long-standing relationships with clients across Ireland.

The team's expertise further strengthens our ability to support legal firms and enhances the breadth of services we can offer clients through the wider Azets business.

There is a strong alignment between our organisations in how we support clients, develop relationships and approach long-term growth, and we are delighted to welcome the Outsource team to Azets."

Clients will continue working with the same advisers they know and trust, while benefiting from access to broader expertise and services across the wider Azets business.
