Pension auto-enrolment support
Pension auto-enrolment is a new retirement savings scheme designed to support employees who do not currently have a workplace or private pension. Each eligible employee will have a pension fund known as My Future Fund.
From 1 January 2026, pension auto-enrolment was introduced on a phased basis over a ten-year period. The scheme is designed to supplement the State Pension, not replace it, and introduces new obligations for employers.
