As a recent graduate, you can kick off your career within Azets' Audit and Advisory services. You’ll receive an introduction to the role and immediately begin working on real assignments alongside experienced colleagues. 
We primarily serve the SME segment and the public sector, and also offer tax advisory services – giving you broad exposure to various business models and regulatory frameworks. 
Career opportunities include roles such as operational auditor, financial auditor, or advisor within specialized areas like tax. Regardless of your background or area of interest, we offer the opportunity to:

How to apply for a position as an Audit Assistant through the Azets Associate Program

At Azets, we’re looking for ambitious individuals who enjoy working closely with clients and see a future in financial auditing. Maybe you're already planning to become a certified auditor? We have a structured recruitment process for our audit assistant roles. Here's what to expect:

1. Apply for the audit assistant role

Once you’ve found a role in a location that suits you, the next step is to submit your application. Be sure to include your CV, university transcripts, and documentation that confirms your education meets the requirements from the Swedish Inspectorate of Auditors (Revisorsinspektionen). You can read more about these requirements on their official website.

2. Screening call

If your application matches our criteria, we’ll reach out for a screening call with someone from our People team. This initial conversation gives us a chance to go over your expectations and see how well they align with the role. The goal is to ensure we’re a good fit for each other from the very start.

3. Online assessments

If the screening call goes well, you’ll move on to our digital assessment stage. We use Aon’s test suite, which includes logical reasoning, numerical reasoning, and verbal ability tests.

4. Interview & case study

If you progress to the next step, it’s time for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Typically, you’ll meet with two team members and complete a case study. The interview will take place at the office you’ve applied to, giving you a chance to see your potential new work environment.

5. Background checks

Before we extend an offer, we conduct standard background checks. These usually include a credit and criminal background check, and sometimes reference checks. If references are requested, you’ll need to provide two contacts who can speak to your professional abilities and character—so it’s good to start thinking about that early.

6. Employment

If you make it to this final step – congratulations! You’ve secured a position as an Audit Assistant. We’ll send you a digital employment contract to sign via BankID. From there, we’ll stay in touch to ensure a smooth transition before your first day.
