Hi, I'm Gemma Peach, the Head of Talent Acquisition at Azets. With over a decade of experience in talent attraction, I'm passionate about shaping our recruitment strategies and building a strong, diverse team.

Success at Azets

Since joining Azets in 2019, I've been involved in many different recruitment initiatives. One of my proudest achievements was leading the implementation of a new applicant tracking system, which streamlined our hiring process and improved the overall candidate experience. In 2022, I transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Strategy Manager for the UK, focusing on ensuring consistency and identifying areas for continuous improvement. By 2024, I was promoted to Head of Talent Acquisition, in which I have the privilege of leading a team of talented Talent Acquisition professionals across the UK. Diversity and inclusion has been at the forefront of our strategic focus and I am very proud that Azets are not only recognised as a Disability Confident Committed Employer, but we have also pledged to increase the number of female leaders across the UK. With lots more initiatives underway in the DE&I space.

Beyond the Office

As a mum of twin boys, finding a strong work life balance has been the key to me achieving both my own career goals and meeting the needs of my family. I'm committed to continuous learning and development. I actively participate in industry conferences and workshops, staying ahead of the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition. In my spare time, if I am not out in the garden tending to my allotment, I enjoy investing in my coffee station at home and experimenting with latte art. My husband and I often have competitions to see who can create the most intricate designs!
