Through finance and operations use of effective technology and operational excellence we seek to make a difference to the lives of our staff, our clients and the communities in which we operate.

Sophie Parkhouse, Compliance Director

I am both proud and passionate about leading Compliance for Azets. The role enables me to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, supporting ways of working and keeping the dynamic business safe. The way I see it, compliance should not be a barrier but an enabler, ensuring that services delivered to our clients are regulatorily and legislatively compliant and delivered in an authentic, professional & ethical manner.

Donald Boyd, Head of Growth & Sales

I am responsible for the growth, sales and commercial operations of the UK business. I am passionate about client growth and ensuring that our clients have the best service possible. In carrying out this role I collaborate closely with UK Heads of Service lines and Regional Managing Directors in coordinating our growth and client service activities. Growth of Azets is fundamental for our people, clients and the communities we operate in.

Catriona Coleman, Group Deputy General Counsel

Every day, it is a pleasure for me to work with the Azets UK business as we focus on how we work in partnership with our clients, our colleagues and our communities to support each of them as they achieve their goals. Azets UK is filled with experts who are genuinely passionate about the work that they do. I am a qualified solicitor and Deputy General Counsel at Azets Group. I provide strategic and technical advice on all legal matters across the Group, including to the Azets UK business and its Partners. My team ensures Azets is operating from strong legal, governance, compliance and contractual foundations so the business is best placed to advise its clients and support colleagues and communities.

Daniel King, Head of UK & Ireland Group M&A

I am privileged to lead the Group M&A team within our UK business, who focus on acquiring successful firms, which are passionate about developing talent, delivering exceptional client service and have a matched culture of ambition and innovation as well as being closely aligned to the Azets core values.

Technology is a vital part of our services to clients as well as being an enabler for our colleagues. Our team works across the UK to deliver today’s needs as well as our roadmap of new technologies. We are lucky to be part of a wider group which works in some of the most technically advanced markets in the world and so we can bring this proven technology to our UK clients and staff.

Charles Richards, Head of Digital Client Service

The experience of our clients across Azets UK and the wider Group is central to our business purpose. I oversee our end to end client service offering and the digital platforms that support it. My focus is on doing what is right for our clients and empowering our client facing colleagues to deliver exceptional service. We believe in the power of technology – especially when it is combined with a human centred approach.
