Important Notice

The affairs, business and property of Bullseye Financial Ltd (the "Company") are being managed by the Joint Administrators who act as agents of the Company without personal liability. 3. The Company is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Before the Administration, the Company had applied for restrictions to be placed on its Part 4A permissions and had applied to cancel its permissions as part of an orderly closure.
4. The Company has ceased trading and there are no employees.
5. Customers, creditors and other interested parties are encouraged to monitor this dedicated webpage regularly for updates and copies of statutory reports.

Scams

Please be cautious about unsolicited calls, emails or letters referring to the Administration. In particular, do not transfer money, pay a fee or provide sensitive personal or banking information simply because you are told that this is required to release an investment or secure a recovery.

If you are unsure whether a communication is genuine, do not act on it until you have checked with the case team using BFL@azets.co.uk.

Creditor Communications

Known creditors will be contacted in due course and provided with access to a dedicated creditor portal, through which statutory reports, notices and other documents relating to the Administration will be made available. If you believe you are a creditor and have not been contacted, please contact the Joint Administrators' staff.
