Fraser Campbell – UK Head of Accounts & Business Advisory

Our national Corporate Finance team offers a proactive, partner-led, dedicated service to clients involved in the acquisition, sale or buy-out of businesses, as well as fundraising and business planning.

The team consists of over 70 highly experienced partners, directors and other specialist advisory staff and delivers a full range of Corporate Finance services across M&A Advisory, lead advisory, debt advisory, and financial due diligence. By engaging with all parties involved in a transaction, the team take full project ownership to ensure deals reach a successful conclusion.

You’ll get to work on a broad range of deal types, working with and advising businesses in a range of different sectors, working on different sized deals, (typically up to £40m in deal size), and will collaborate closely with other teams in the business including the tax team and will support clients on all aspects of the deal process from conception through to completion.

When you join our Technology Risk team you’ll get the opportunity to work on:

• Reviewing and providing advice over a client’s current cyber maturity level aligned to best practice standards supported by the National Cyber Security Centre
• Assessing the effectiveness of client IT control environments including areas such as network security, IT disaster recovery, IT operations, change management and information governance
• Reviewing and advising clients as part of major transformation programmes to support the client in managing risks as well as providing independent assurance to the board over the effectiveness of the programme
• Reviews of technology capabilities in organisations that are being acquired, are restructuring, seeking efficiencies or seeking to maximise their investment in technology
