Amy Harper is the Regional Managing Partner for the Solent region and has over 20 years of experience acting as a trusted advisor to SMEs with growth ambitions.
Amy provides flexible finance solutions ranging from fully outsourced finance functions—including bookkeeping, management accounting, and board‑level reporting—through to statutory year‑end accounts and compliance.
She believes strongly that no two businesses are the same and therefore takes a tailored, holistic approach, designing services that meet each client’s needs today and evolve as those needs change.
With a strong passion for cloud accounting and real‑time financial insight, Amy helps clients select and implement systems that support smarter decision‑making and long‑term growth. She also acts as a guide and sounding board for the implementation of the strategy to achieve the growth agenda. Her relationship‑led approach means she provides proactive advice throughout the year, not just at reporting deadlines.
Outside of work Amy enjoys being active, going to the gym, cycling, paddleboarding and practising yoga.
