Ben is an Associate Partner within the Azets Corporate Finance team, having joined in 2014 following the completion of his ACCA training.
He advises business owners, management teams and private equity on a wide range of corporate finance matters, including acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts (MBOs), employee ownership trusts (EOT), business valuations, and due diligence assignments. Ben has extensive experience supporting SME businesses through key strategic milestones, providing commercially focused advice tailored to their objectives.
In 2025, Ben achieved the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification, strengthening the breadth of expertise he brings to client engagements. This enables him to provide integrated advice on both the commercial and tax aspects of corporate finance transactions, helping his clients navigate complex deals and structures with confidence and clarity.
Outside of work Ben is a keen traveller, having taken an 18-month career break in 2016/17 to travel around the world with his now wife Ella, and also enjoys playing a variety of sports.
