Edith has over 20 years of experience delivering audit & assurance services to a diverse range of entities going through change and transformation, including FTSE listed, large multinational, mid-sized and small entrepreneurially minded businesses.
She specialises in providing audit and assurance services to private mid-market and PE-backed businesses, supporting them through their growth cycle with a deep understanding of the reporting expectations of investors, including familiarity with tight reporting timetables, complex group structures, financing arrangements, covenant considerations, and transaction activity.
Her experience includes 11 years working with local and multi-national businesses in the Midlands and across the UK, with her earlier years often expanding beyond external audits to include financial due diligence, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluation & testing (including SOX404) for non-audit clients across sub-Sahara Africa.
Edith is passionate about growth and is keen to see her clients succeed, always taking a pragmatic approach to deliver quality audits and ensure great client service. She is bilingual and fluently speaks, reads and writes French.
