Jemima has been with the firm since 2005 and heads up the tax department for Heathrow, specialising in advising owner managed businesses and their shareholders over a variety of sectors and of varying sizes. Jemima has a large and diverse portfolio, spanning several sectors including transport, media, private equity, leisure and technology.
Day to day, Jemima advises on corporate and personal tax planning, transactions, tax due diligence, corporate restructuring and share schemes.
Jemima is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
