Keith joined Azets in November 2023 following an extensive and influential career of over 30 years in East Anglia. Prior to joining Azets, Keith led a team in a top five firm, achieved the ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification and is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Keith and the Corporate Finance team specialise in working closely with owner-managed businesses and financial institutions in a wide variety of commercial sectors. As well as helping clients identify and take advantage of available sources of capital and finance, the team provides expert advice on business acquisitions and sales, mergers and acquisitions, management buy outs (MBO’s) or buy ins (MBI’s).
In his role, he supports a varied portfolio of clients and his diligent approach sees him support a client’s business from inception to succession, ensuring all statutory requirements are met, appropriate finance is raised and a successful realisation on exit can be achieved.
