Michael joined Azets as a trainee in 2010 and has progressed through a variety of audit roles before becoming an Audit Partner in 2026. With extensive experience delivering audit services, he works with a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from entrepreneurial owner-managed business and family-owned companies to large private equity-backed groups and international organisations.
Michael specialises in complex group audits, IFRS reporting and supporting businesses through periods of growth, acquisition and change. He has significant experience leading audits of large multi-entity groups, including organisations with overseas operations, complex governance structures and sophisticated financial reporting requirements. His client portfolio spans a diverse range of sectors including professional sport, healthcare and dental, food & drink, construction, infrastructure and business services.
Known for his pragmatic and collaborative approach, Michael works closely with boards, investors and finance teams to deliver efficient, high-quality audits while providing clear, commercially focused advice.
