Stephen is a qualified Accountant and experienced Corporate Finance Partner having joined in the firm in 2017 from a previous Corporate Finance role. Stephen has worked on a significant number of M&A transactions in the range of £1m- £10m across a number of sectors including manufacturing, IT, agriculture, arts + leisure and healthcare. As well as M&A advisory and support, he has also advised on a number of Private Equity and Finance Raise transactions to support our clients.
Outside of work Stephen enjoys spending time with his young family and has a keen interest in Motor Sport and the Rugby league.
