Azets strengthens specialist Healthcare practice as BDO's Medical Services team and clients join

Azets is pleased to announce that BDO's Medical Services team and client portfolio will join the business, further strengthening its specialist Healthcare practice and reinforcing its ambition to become the UK's number one provider of accounting and advisory services to the healthcare sector.

The transaction brings a number of healthcare clients to Azets, including GP practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs), together with a team of 16 specialist healthcare professionals led by Sarah Lock, Partner, Juliette Maguire, Director, and Louise Barter, Director.

Following completion, Azets will support more than 600 GP practices, 3,500 GP partners and locums, and 100 PCNs, further strengthening the breadth and depth of expertise within its Healthcare practice.

The transaction also builds on Azets' continued investment in the East of England following the acquisition of Ensors last year. The transferring team will join colleagues in the firm's Ipswich and Birmingham offices, adding further scale and specialist expertise to these regions.
